You will never guess what I ate last night. Check out my bff's blog.

That is . . . so . . . amazing. And cool, even if I can't bring myself to click on any of the hidden pictures. (The cover-up picture is hilarious.) I thought we had an exciting life around here, but I think it's pretty certain we'll never do anything that exciting.

(Of course, we also don't have such a great meat supply--we'd have to settle for pesky neighborhood cats, and I don't think their owners would appreciate it.)

Hey I saw a squirrel run from your porch to a tree when I was dropping that package off at your house. I think this has made the squirrels around your house a little jumpier than usual. You should check out this butcher shop on Charles Street downtown. They carry all sorts of exotic meats maybe they have squirrel meat, I'm just nervous that those furry little guys might try to attack your BFF to get some revenge for their fallen comrades.

Did it taste good? I like that it was we "happy meat" and yes we have it here also, but I don't think I could butcher it...
Tell me: will my Le Creuset pan be trashed if I make the artisan bread in it? I am concerned about the dough sticking to the pan...
I miss you!

I am so impressed. Wow.

To M-L: I have made bread in my Le Creuset pan many times with no sticking. Go for it--it makes for delicious bread.

I miss you both.

M-L--it won't stick. I was worried as well. If you want to make double sure, add more cornmeal.
